Henrietta Oforma

Henrietta is an internationally qualified Barrister and Solicitor. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and currently an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Henrietta acts predominantly for UK residents and domiciled individuals, families, and trustees. She deals with a wide variety of private client matters. Henrietta has considerable experience in:

• the preparation of wills;
• the drafting and administration of trusts;
• the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and advising attorneys;
• estate planning; and
• obtaining probate and administering estates.

Henrietta has formed strong and lasting relationships with clients over time and has extensive experience in dealing with clients.
