Hannah Shaikh
Trusts and Wills adviser
Hannah has completed her Legal Practice Course and holds a Master of Laws (LLM).
Hannah acts predominantly for UK residents and domiciled individuals, families, and trustees. She deals with a wide variety of private client matters. Hannah currently deals with:
- The preparation and drafting of Wills
- The drafting and administration of trusts
- The preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and;
- Obtaining probate and administering estates.
Hannah is developing strong relationships with her clients and gaining valuable experience in client interactions. Her clients appreciate her genuine interest in their concerns and her ability to understand their needs, offering personalised advice on how their wishes can be addressed given their circumstances.
Hannah has comprehension and understanding of the Gujarati language.
